Service Description

🏝️ ART CLUB: ISLAND ADVENTURES! 🎨 This term, we're setting sail on a creative adventure as we design and build our very own islands! 🌴 From imaginative landscapes and tiny details to experimenting with different materials, we'll explore all sorts of ways to bring our island worlds to life. Along the way, we'll discover inspiring artists, explore art history, and experiment with the tools, techniques and materials artists use. We'll take inspiration from the world around us, let our imaginations run wild, and see where our creativity takes us! WHAT IS ART CLUB ALL ABOUT? If your child loves art, crafts, making things and getting a little messy, this is the place for them! Our workshops are informal, fun and experimental. We focus on *process art* rather than creating perfect masterpieces or taking things too seriously. It's all about exploring ideas, trying new things, building confidence and discovering the joy of making. Every child is different, and we think that's something to celebrate!✨ Some children love getting lost in the tiniest details, while others prefer to take their time and see where an idea leads. Some love colour, sparkle and a little bit of glittery magic, while others are happiest building, experimenting or dreaming up something completely unexpected. At Art Club, there's room for all of it. We nurture each child's individual interests, ideas and creative style, encouraging them to work in their own way, at their own pace. There's no pressure to make everything look the same, no single right way to do things, and no expectation that everyone will produce the same finished piece. We use artworks, artists and interesting ideas as inspiration, then give children the freedom to take things in their own direction. With a large range of materials to explore, there's plenty of room for individuality. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY Spaces are limited, so to keep things fair for everyone, payment is required at the time of booking. You can pay online through our booking system or by bank transfer to: Account name: Emma Rosling-Heppell; Account number: 06-0541-0490938-00 TERMS & CONDITIONS Bookings are non-refundable. • If I'm sick or unable to run a session, I'll arrange a replacement workshop.
